Purpose Statement

The purpose of Englewood HIgh School's Academic Achievement Initiative (AAI) is to take focused and bold action to ensure equity for all implementing:

  • Data-driven instruction that is rigorous, equitable, and done with fidelity

  • Staff support that is systemic, relevant, needs-based, and ongoing

  • Systems to ensure that all students meet District and State graduation requirements and that all graduates are college and career ready

We are in pursuit of remarkable improvements for Englewood High School so that all students graduate as the leaders, thinkers, and explores of tomorrow.
